Founded by Karlye Williamson, Regulate Mind and Body is the culmination of years of expertise in occupational therapy, stretch therapy, and academic teaching. Karlye’s journey began with a profound passion for the mind-body connection and a commitment to helping others achieve optimal health.
As an experienced Occupational Therapist, Stretch Therapist, and academic teacher at Southern Cross University, Karlye has dedicated her career to enhancing the physical and mental well-being of her clients. Her holistic approach integrates advanced techniques and practical tools to support nervous system regulation and overall health.
Karlye's extensive experience in assisting individuals with musculoskeletal issues, nervous system regulation, and pain management has driven her to create accessible and effective programs that cater to diverse needs.
