Cancellation policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to the Regulate Mind and Body online program ("Regulating Nervous System Pathways"). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Subscription Options

1.1 Monthly Subscription: If you choose a monthly subscription, you are entering into a 12-month contract ("Term"). Monthly payments are required for the full 12 months, and early cancellation does not waive any remaining payments.

1.2 Annual Subscription (Upfront Payment): If you choose to pay for the 12-month subscription upfront, the full amount is payable at the start of the Term. There are no refunds for any reason once payment has been made.

  1. Automatic Renewal

2.1 At the end of your 12-month Term, your subscription will automatically renew on a rolling basis unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

2.2 You will be notified of the upcoming renewal at least 14 days before your renewal date, with instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to continue.

  1. Cancellation

3.1 Monthly Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at the end of the 12-month Term. To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation must be made at least 5 business days prior to the renewal date.

3.2 Annual Subscription: For upfront annual subscriptions, no cancellation or refunds are available once payment is made.

  1. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4.2 If your payment method is declined, your subscription will be suspended until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in termination of your access to the program.

  1. Changes to Fees and Terms

5.1 We reserve the right to change the subscription fees or these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

  1. Access and Use

6.1 Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Program for personal use only.

6.2 You may not share your login details or allow others to access the program under your subscription.

  1. Refunds

7.1 Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are available for payments made during the Term.

7.2 Annual Subscriptions: No refunds are available once payment is made.

  1. Consumer Guarantees and Australian Law

8.1 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

8.2 You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

  1. Privacy

9.1 Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of our website page.

     10. No Liability to Injury

Please note that by participating in this program, you acknowledge and accept that all activities are undertaken at your own risk. If you have any pre-existing injuries, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, please consult with your health professional before starting. We are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects that may occur while completing the program. Listen to your body, take it slow, and prioritize your safety and wellbeing.
