Individual Programs

A structured pathway for people wanting practical tools to regulate their nervous system in everyday life.

Our Individual Program is a guided online experience designed to help you understand your body’s stress responses and gently build regulation skills you can use at home, work, and in daily routines. Through short education videos, somatic movement, breathwork, and simple reflection practices, you’ll learn how to calm overwhelm, improve sleep, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and control in your body.

This program is suitable for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, chronic tension, or emotional overload, and can be completed at your own pace with ongoing access.

Our workplace workshops introduce a practical model that helps staff understand the difference between burnout and burn-in.

While burnout reflects prolonged overload, mental fatigue, reduced patience, poor recovery, and declining performance, burn-in represents a more sustainable state where employees feel engaged, clear-minded, physically supported, and better able to meet daily demands without unnecessary depletion.

Delivered by Occupational Therapist Karlye Williamson, these workshops combine nervous system education, occupational therapy, ergonomics, and guided movement-based regulation strategies that staff can immediately apply during the workday.
