Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Williamson, Karlye Jane, trading as Regulate Mind & Body, ABN 94 993 077 489 (“Regulate Mind & Body” or “the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
The prize is a place at a professional practitioner workshop. If the winner is not eligible or does not wish to attend personally, the winner may nominate an eligible person to receive the workshop place, subject to approval by Regulate Mind & Body.
Employees of the Promoter and persons directly involved in conducting the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens at 9:00 am AEST on 8 September 2026 and closes at 12:00 noon AEST on 30 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Entrants must complete the official online competition entry form and provide the requested details.
Only valid entries received during the competition period will be included in the draw.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
1 × place at the Regulate Mind & Body Practitioner Workshop, valued at $799 AUD.
The workshop will be held on 24 & 25 October 2026 at Mahi Health Club, Byron Bay, NSW.
The prize covers workshop registration only. Travel, accommodation and any other expenses associated with attending the workshop are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another Regulate Mind & Body product or service.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 3:00 pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
The draw will be conducted by Regulate Mind & Body.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, or is unable to accept the prize, Regulate Mind & Body reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Workshop Attendance
The prize is valid for the 24–25 October 2026 Byron Bay workshop only.
The attendee must meet any professional, age, safety or participation requirements applicable to the workshop.
The prize may be transferred to another eligible attendee with the prior approval of Regulate Mind & Body but cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to administer the competition, verify entries and contact the winner.
Entrants will only receive ongoing promotional or marketing communications from Regulate Mind & Body where they have provided the appropriate consent. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
10. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Regulate Mind & Body and not to Instagram or Meta.
11. General
Regulate Mind & Body reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the workshop from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may make reasonable changes to the promotion or prize, subject to applicable law.
