Occupational Therapist in a regional, rural, or remote community in NSW
If you are working as an Occupational Therapist in a regional, rural, or remote community in NSW:You may be eligible to apply for professional development funding through the Health Workforce Scholarship Program (HWSP) administered by the Rural Doctors Network.
The program provides bursaries of up to $10,000 that can help cover the cost of professional development activities such as workshops, short courses, travel, and accommodation related to training.
This funding is designed to support health professionals who provide primary health care services in rural and remote communities (MMM 3–7 locations) and want to further develop their clinical skills to benefit their local communities.
If this may apply to you, I recommend checking the eligibility criteria and applying through the HWSP program before registering, as funding is assessed through their application process.
